Kalaheo Coffee Company & Cafe is nestled in the mountains of Kauai where the coffee fields flow for some 4000 acres. When on your way to West Kauai to Waimea or up the mountain to Kokee make sure you stop by this little jewel for breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly and the owners certainly had veggie lovers in mind when they designed their menu. You'll find lots of options besides the traditional eggs.
