

Meatless Bites with Swiss Chard
2 packages Veat Meat Bites
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bunch swiss chard, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Sauce:
2 teaspoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sugar
Heat the olive oil over medium heat and fry Veat Meatless Bites until they start to brown. Add the swiss chard and let it cook until it starts to wilt. Meanwhile, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl with a whisk. Then add the red bell pepper and the sauce to the frying pan. Saute for a few mintues, just until the Veat Meatless bites are crispy and the chard is soft. Lunch is ready!
