

Crumb Fried Vegge Fish
1 package pre-sliced Vege Fresh Fish
Kellogg's Cornflake Crumbs
Nasoya Nayonaise or Hain's or any eggless mayonaise
1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
olive oil for frying
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
Pour about 1 cup of cornflake crumbs into a bowl. Mix the garlic powder into the cornflake crumbs. Line up vege fish slices on the cutting board and spread the Nayonaise on both sides of the fish slices. Put the fish into the bowl and coat both sides with the corn flake crumbs.
Fry the coated fish in a teflon pan with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil using medium heat. Turn the fish slice over with a spatula when it is lightly browned. Add oil as needed as you continue frying.
Tartar Sauce:
Remove whatever liquid you can from the of sweet pickle relish.
Add 1 tablespoon Nayonaise and mix.
