Dear Friends,
I know the story. You go to the grocery store, fill your cart with a bunch of fruit and veggies (and good intentions) that one week later you throw out as you munch a bag of cheese doodles.

We all know what it means to eat right,
but some of us just can’t seem to stick with it.

Even though I was a vegetarian for years, I used to eat a lot of junk food. Then I became the Executive Producer of Tasty and Meatless, a weekly television series that teaches thousands of people how to cook healthy, how to shop healthy, and where to dine healthy. After four years, instead of gaining weight, like most people that are professionally involved in the food business, I am down to a size 2 for the first time in my life! Viewers send us emails thanking us for helping them change their junk food habits to healthy habits in the kitchen.
